By accessing or using Eternal Tailor ("Website," "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Overview

Eternal Tailor provides custom tailoring services, including:

• • Custom-made suits, blazers, trousers, and shirts
• • In-person measurement and fitting at our Silom shop
• • Professional consultation with master tailors
• • Pattern storage for returning customers
• • WhatsApp support and appointment booking

All garments are handcrafted in Bangkok by local artisans with decades of experience.

3. Custom Order Process

3.1 How Custom Orders Work

Step 1 - Consultation:

• • Visit our shop in Silom (under State Tower)
• • Meet with our master tailor for consultation
• • Select fabric, style, and customization options

Step 2 - Measurement & Fitting:

• • Professional measurements taken in-store
• • Initial fitting to ensure perfect fit
• • Adjustments made as needed

Step 3 - Final Garment:

• • Your garment is crafted by our skilled tailors
• • Final fitting at our shop
• • Pick up or delivery arranged

Timeline:

• • Standard orders: 5-10 business days
• • Rush orders: 3-5 business days (additional fee may apply)

3.2 Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• • Attend scheduled fitting appointments
• • Provide feedback during fitting sessions
• • Check order details before confirming
• • Collect or arrange delivery within agreed timeframe

Important: Our in-person fitting process ensures the perfect fit for your custom garment.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Prices & What's Included

All prices include:

• • Custom tailoring by master artisans
• • Premium fabrics (as selected)
• • Professional measurement and fitting
• • Standard customizations
• • Alterations during fitting process

Additional services (priced separately):

• • Premium add-ons (monogramming, contrast stitching, etc.)
• • Rush orders
• • Delivery service

4.2 Payment Terms

• • Deposit required to begin production (typically 50%)
• • Balance due upon collection
• • Accepted: Cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfer
• • Prices quoted in THB (Thai Baht)

5. Returns & Refunds

Please see our detailed Refund & Return Policy. Key points:

• • No returns: Custom items cannot be returned
• • 24-hour cancellation: Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of order
• • Defects covered: Contact us within 7 days - we'll repair, remake, or refund
• • Minor alterations: Free within 30 days of delivery

6. Intellectual Property

We own:

• • Website content, design, and code
• • Eternal Tailor name, logo, and branding
• • Product photography and descriptions

You own:

• • Your measurement data
• • The physical garment once delivered

You grant us permission to use your feedback to improve our services.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• • Use our service for fraudulent purposes
• • Submit false measurements or information
• • Resell our garments commercially without permission
• • Copy our website design, content, or patterns
• • Harass our staff via email, WhatsApp, or other channels
• • File fraudulent chargebacks

8. Liability & Disclaimers

8.1 Service "As Is"

We provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for perfection, handcrafted items may have minor variations that are characteristic of artisan work.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the garment. We are not liable for:

• • Fit issues caused by inaccurate measurements you provided
• • Shipping delays beyond our control
• • Customs duties or taxes
• • Loss of profits or consequential damages

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Key point: We store your measurement patterns for lifetime reordering convenience, but you can request deletion anytime.
